Hi,
This is not original as idea came from a contact but they had great success. Insteadv of using “Business actors” use students from a local higher education institution. It gives them the opportunity to practice skills in a different environment, it creates a link between client and local community and is more cost effective. By my calculation that’s a win-win-win situation!!

One I use…
I have used a comapany called Role Play UK http://www.roleplayuk.com . I find them very reliable. I have used them as part of a coaching simulation exercise and in a number of training courses. I find they really bring a session to life. If you want any further information then get in touch.
