Having spent 18+ years within HR, many within L&D (my absolute passion being the delivery of training) , earlier this year I took the scary decision to go Freelance! (Brought about through a change in personal circumstances). In March of this year Egerton Training and Development was launched. Managed to get a couple of clients on board so can just about put food on the table. Would anyone be able to guide me on the best way or approach to get associate work.
