associate work south australia

default-16x9

I am relocating to Adelaide next year. I have seven years experience as a freelance practitioner with some direct clients and a significant amount of associate work. Does anyone have any tips for networking/generating contacts in the Adelaide area so I can continue as a freelancer over there?

    Hi Debbie

I don’t have any direct contacts in Australia; however you may wish to look at Trainerbase – http://www.trainerbase.co.uk and use the forum there to post a similiar request? Trainerbase has several thousand freelance trainers on its data base so I am sure some one will have contacts out there for you.

I’d suggest you join the Australian Institute of Training and Development. You can market your service through their site, they have a good conference (where you can meet other freelancers and potential clients) and I think they have a network group in Adelaide.
You might also like to look at https://www.trainingzone.co.uk/cgi-bin/item.cgi?id=133692.
    Best of luck
