With a rich background in the apprenticeships and talent management space, David Willett helps organisations transform their business through corporate learning and development (L&D) solutions. A champion of workforce skills development, high-level performance and best practice, David’s expertise lies in building strong business relationships and creating commercial propositions that ultimately drives profitable growth for clients.

David’s track record of delivering business results through corporate L&D solutions is long-standing. He co-founded the PDS Group (an apprenticeship and talent management business) in 2005 and following a successful acquisition by Global Knowledge in 2014, David then became the Director of Education and Talent. Under his stewardship, both PDS and Global Knowledge delivered partnership programmes to a number of blue chip companies.

David now leads on the commercialisation of assets for The Open University (OU), including the development of apprenticeship programmes, and is focused on helping organisations to maximise their investment in L&D solutions.
