Helen Isacke is a qualified and highly experienced Leadership Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, Founder of the Trusted Coach Directory and Author of ‘Soft Skills for Strong Leaders; Ten Steps to Management Success’.

Helen has been working with managers and leaders since 2004. She specialises in helping first time managers, and more experienced leaders, to prepare for and deal confidently with the responsibilities and demands of a new senior position.

Coaching topics tend to include: Leadership styles, personal brand, authenticity, personality profiling, confidence, building and managing a new team, handling conflict, decision making, strategic thinking, managing stakeholders, persuasion and influence, time and stress management.

Helen has worked with leaders from a wide range of organisations, including Schering Plough, Allergan, ATOS, BSkyB, Premier Foods, Kier Construction, Volvo Cars UK, Nanostring, Arvato, Thames Valley Air Ambulance and Elemis.

Helen is qualified to administer various psychometric profiling tools, including: Type Dynamic Indicator (TDI), Talent Dynamics, FIRO Element B, plus assessments to measure Emotional Intelligence, Resilience, and Values-based Indicators of Motivation. She is also qualified in the use of Clean Language techniques. Helen is a Master NLP Practitioner.

A full member of the Association for Coaching, Helen is also an affiliate member of the CIPD and holds Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance with Westminster Indemnity. Helen is committed to her own personal development, for three years she facilitated the local Association for Coaching ‘Co-Coaching Forum’ and has attended a monthly Coaching Supervision group since 2005. Helen was accredited with the Association for Coaching between 2010 – 2015.
