Over fourteen years experience of working within the public, charities and not for profit sectors delivering recruitment and training initiatives for employability programmes.  Supports organisations to fulfil their Corporate Social Responsibilities and recruitment needs by sourcing and preparing the local talent pool.   Has experience working within the full training cycle, creating recruitment and training programmes, co-ordinating, designing and delivering accredited and non accredited training and carrying out evaluations. Also has experience in bid writing, coaching and recruitment and selection.

Interested in personal development, well being and learning.  Is a qualified crystal therapist and reiki healer (although currently non practising).

Holds CIPD Certificate in Training Practice and a member of the CIPD
