Vanessa has over 20 years' experience providing learning and development services. She has engaged with many different types of organisation from small businesses to large multi-nationals across a range of sectors worldwide.

Having held senior roles with leading training and education providers, Vanessa is currently Director of Education with the Association of Corporate Treasurers. She has experience in training strategy and planning, competency frameworks and profiling, 360° feedback, training needs analysis, e-learning, content development, coaching, action learning and training evaluation.

Vanessa has an MBA from Loughborough University and is a Fellow of the British Institute of Learning and Development.
