Can anyone recommend software (preferably online) which you can load your own competencies into to carry out skills analysis and which will auto-generate reports?
We are looking to run an RFP for suppliers and interested to hear from companies who can do this - note this is not for leadership and management/soft skills so off the shelf is probably not an option

Hi Vanessa, I commissioned the design of a similar application in access. It was a competency based online appraisal system which enables a manager and an employee to assess against competencies via 2 unique login,s and then if required the system merged the results to allow comparison. Not a difficult job to design in access but fiddly, however with a comprehensive needs analysis and the routes mapped out a good access database developer will be able to produce what you need
