Does anyone have any information on theoretical frameworks or research findings on the issues which are most likely to hinder joint working between two different organisations? For example, what would be the most common barriers of joint working between public and voluntary organisations?

There is an article in this or last week’s People Management on knowledge-sharing, the article may not go into sufficient detail, but the authors of the article have produced a book on their findings.
