Are you looking for somebody to complete the profiles for you, or are you (as I suspect) looking for somebody who has the software and can take your 3 completed questionnaires and generate the profiles?

We use Interplace, the Belbin software to provide information and feedback for individuals and teams on their team roles. The most important aspect of the information is the way in which it is fed back and interpreted for individuals.

Belbin can be an incredibly useful tool, however, feedback must be provided with care.
