We have had an appraisal/ personal review process in place for a number of years now and despite making a few changes last year feel it is becoming stale and unproductive.
We wish to redesign the paperwork (yes it has to be paper-based at present) and train all our managers once complete. We have no shortage of ideas for the changes we want to make but don’t wish to be too insular in our thinking on this very important subject.
So, would anyone be prepared to share their review forms etc. with us to enable us to benchmark ourselves against best practice elsewhere. Please be assured we have no intention to plagiarise anyone else’s work.
