Can anyone give me some guidance on where I can find info on real success stories of blended learning? Particularly in the context of behavioural/soft skills.
A colleague of mine has recently designed and delivered a well received blended solution for a large US manufacturing company. I am keen to learn of other blended success stories, given that there is quite a lot of bad press on the subject at present!

We worked on a project to provide learning support for a business which was moving to an e-business model. We developed a series of classroom based sessions supported by a web based resource centre and interactive, personalised e:learning modules. The resource centre generated so much traffic and interest that it ultimately was used to replace the existing intranet site. Key points were to ensure that it was part of the overall learning and development strategy, that the existing training team were on board and committed, the business was technically able to use the blend and that we agreed learning and business objectives upfront to ensure that we were providing a learning experience rather than just using new techologies and techniques available.
