Body Language

default-16x9

  Hello

I would like to have some video clips related to body language. I am a training Manager and this would help me to provide a better training further on.

Regards

Ashley

  1. Body Language Guide

Ashly, you can use the body language guide here. It is a comprehensive guide with many body langauge pictures. It can be used in conjuctions with videos.

There are some useful body language videos on YouTube though it is a bit of a hit and miss.

    Hope this helps.

  2. Real Life

    Hello Ashley

I think you would be much better off using "non body language videos". Real life is so much better so use clips from movies or tv programmes. (be aware of copyright)

Better still, if you are doing classroom based courses get the participants to look at each others body language.

Give each person a card with a word on it (without showing the others) ie, angry, tired, defensive etc and ask them to "be" that word. You will have a room full of every body language you can think of.

    Good luck

  5. Graham Norton’s guests

    Hi Ashley

I use clips from The Graham Norton Show for my Assertive Communication @ Work programme to illustrate different body language.  It does take a bit of time to get all the examples you need though.
