Bonus Scheme for a Training Manager

default-16x9

I've recently started a new job as a Training Manager in a sales oriented company. I'm not familiar to earning bonuses in my role and I've been asked to come up with a bonus scheme for me. Everybody in the company is incentive/bonus oriented am I'm keen to take advantage of this opportunity. Does anybody have any suggestions as to were I start or have an any experience that they can relay to me?

Thanks

  1. Bonus scheme
It is strange that you have been asked to design your own scheme. However I can offer some suggestions.

The scheme you put in place must be fair, equitable, transparent and achievable as with all reward issues.

You can base your scheme on achieving a range of factors or just one or two – your output, quality of service, “sales”, attendance on training initiatives, customer satisfaction and ultimately contribution to company profits.
