   If possible I would be happy to review the "building the pyramid" book.  I am intrigued to see the framework that John is suggesting will be appropriate for letting an organisation cope with both long term and short term changes in the landscape whilst maintaining focus on the original goal – you can almost argue that perhaps the framework should allow you to change the goal depending upon the changes in the landscape along the way.

   I havent yet read the book, but I would imagine there are parallels with the simultaneous loose-tight properties that Peters was so keen on – its hard to see how a framework that needs to be flexible can do otherwise.

   I like the idea of explaining the principles through story telling, although personally, I think it has to be done appropriately for it to be useful to a UK culture which is inherently sceptical.
