Have seen a previous post on here but wondered if anyone can make up to date suggestions
We're a commercial training organisation that does IT training for business and also Management ,Business Skills, Health and Safety training. We need to update our booking system as our current one will no longer be supported soon.
We're hoping to find an integrated system to help us with all aspects of scheduling, promoting, selling and delivering our training, which is primarily but not restricted to face-to-face provision at our residential training centre.
We are currently using Training Manager Pro. We have investigated many of the main players but have not quite found something that meets our requirements and feels right. Many of the options relate to use in large universities which is a bit of an overkill for us which obviously adds to the cost as we are paying for features we do not need. Surely there are packages that are more directed towards small but perfectly formed training companies?
As it is a fairly substantial investment and need to see us through for a good number of years we have to be comfortable with our choice. So your comments would be really welcome and inject some fresh ideas into the search. It might even be a suggestion as to someone who will search out and suggest what's best for us.
Would really appreciate some pointers and suggestions about what everyone else out there is working with

Hi Joyce have a look at Fuse – it does have event planning and scheduling capability but is also a social media tool so you can easily upload videos of events or video testimonials from clients. There is also an ability to ask questions or comment. It may be a little different from what you are used to but is linked to new technologies. Here's a link:

Take a look at Administrate

We've used Administrate for the last few years and its constantly improving.
You can use it to plug in with websites to take online bookings.
Definitely worth adding to your list of alternatives to look at in my opinion.
