The brain gym by Dennison available from your local library is to be recommended.Great for increasing group energy levels and delegate attention.

There is a small network of experienced Brain Gym trainers in the UK – you can contact them via Edu-K, 12 Golders Rise, Hendon, London NW4 2HR. Tel 0181 202 3141, email [email protected] . My organisation trains trainers and others in the whole range of accelerated learning methods, and we find Brain Gym a great way to energise and relax learners in a useful way. The effects on some learners can be tremendous. I’ve just come back from working with some accountancy trainers who really liked the Brain Gyms.
IMHO it’s worth getting someone who really knows the exercises to show you – some of them are quite subtle. Bookwise, check out Brain Gym for Business.
