Hi

I am designing an ‘Employment Policies’ workshop and I am looking for any exercise / scenario/ role play that could be used to illustrate the role of the manager in applying the Dignity at Work policy (bullying & harassment).

Cheers

  1. Equality and Human Rights Commission

    Hi Caroline

I was involved with a similar course (quite a few years ago) and called up the library at the http://www.equalityhumanrights.com/

I used a very good video showing lots of scenarios that they recommended. Video arts also have videos on this subject.

I think this subject is ideal for video…stop & start regularly and discussed in a "what happens next" kind of way…

    Also…some good case studies here…

    Good luck

    Hi Caroline

It is not an exercise, but there is an advice sheet in the download section on my website which you are welcome to use.
