I'm looking for a provider of an off the shelf 360 degree feedback questionnaire, specifically assessing the behavioural competencies of the Business Excellence Model. It would need to be an online tool.
Despite being ex SHL, I'm totally stumped with this one! Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Hi Paul
The reason why you are stumped is that you are trying to compare 2 different things. EFQM or Business Excellence is a set of process standards not definable behaviours. While there are behaviours that are more likely to aid a company on its journey towards excellence as defined by the BEM they are not a requirement.
These include things like appraising staff, goal setting etc. The BEM is more systemic than it is individuals’ behaviours. Although of course there are the leadership behaviours – but this is just one of the nine factors.
When you say you are looking for an off-the-shelf 360 – are you looking for an individual or organisational 360?
In my time at Business Link as an EFQM advisor, we looked at a range of tools to help company’s prepare.
Two such tools were :

the other was an early version of the BIR http://www.rapidbi.com/bir provides a 360 organisational review (while the BIR does not explicitly output to the BEM model it does cover all 9 factors)
