Business Training for Voluntary Organisations

default-16x9

I am a Business Support Officer for an outer London Early Years Partnership. Due to personnel changes and a change in our strategic planning I need to offload business training to other agencies. Can anyone give me advice on where I can signpost Voluntary Organisations who provide childcare to get training and advice on matters such as their accounts, payroll, management etc?

  1. Forums
The http://www.startups.co.uk forum has lots of help for people facing these issues for the first time.

We provide HR and other legal support on there free of charge.

Likewise the http://www.HRzone.co.uk forum. We also deal with specifics whenever we can.

For the smaller business is it possibly easier to outsource some of these services than to locate in house.

If budgets are tight then local colleges are good at providing subsidised training. Payroll, HR and accounts needs professional input given the rules in each area now.
