Hi there

I have a copy of Blanchard's Situational Leadership questionnaire to use in training. I have the 16 questions and the 4 columns where you can add up number of responses into 4 subtotals (legit). But I've forgotten what to do to plot a final result on a final result line, that measures minus 24 on the left and plus 24 on the right. If I remember rightly there  multiplication of some columns by six or twleve, and division of others. Can anyone help me and talk me through the step by step process of calculating this final part of the self-analysis to reveal your flexibility of leadership style and therefore effectiveness (or not!) of lead?
