Call Centre Contacts


I am a Trainer for a fairly new Call Centre which operates with both inbound and outbound teams in the London area.

I would like to know if there are any Call Centre Trainers out there who would be interested in exchanging any areas of Best Practice through e-mail, exchange visits etc?

  9. Difference between Manufacturing Industry & Call Centres?
    Hello All,

    This looks like a group I could ask some advice from.

    As an L&D Advisor, my background is in the manufacturing (oil) industry. I am soon to attend interview for an L&D role in a call centre.

    What would you consider my main areas of research for interview should be? I’ve been looking at customer service, soft skills etc.

    Any advice welcome.
