Call centre training

default-16x9

I've decided to specialise in call centre training as a freelancer. Especially Outbound sales but also inbound, customer skills, team leaders etc. My question is has anyone got any ideas about how I can access this market online or off line to get my skills across?

Many thanks for your help

  1. Question
    Rich,
Just want to understand you’re question a little better – are you asking how to best advertise you’re training skills to the Call Centre Industry, to generate business?
I would recommend events such as Call Centre Expo, a great networking event held annually for Call Centre’s, I know many trainers who regularly attend and generate leads which later down the line turn into contracts.
Have you thought about becoming an associate with a training consultancy specialising in Call Centre? (these can be found on-line after some research)
Something that another colleague I worked with a few years ago did, which worked extremely well was to approach some of the larger CC’s – such as Cahoot/BT/RAC/AA/ATS Euromaster etc.. with their resume, testamonials, and a free training ‘bundle’ (couple of workshops, with all accompanying material) they offered the ‘bundle’ free of charge, try before you buy, to the CC’s. This generated 3 contracts off the back of the freebies, and some more long-term work with one of the CC’s.
Not sure if these are the types of suggeestions you are looking for Rich? Good Luck!!
Trainerbase often has CC contracts on offer, as well as the monthly CC magazines, such as Call Centre Focus.
    regards
    Buffy
