I am periodically approached by managers who have identified a need for training in Personal Stress Management in an employee. I would like to know of a training provider who regularly offers this training that I could use to get this need met.

If this appears to be staff from one manager it may be worth looking at the managers style – as maybe the managers is in-fact the root casue of the stress….!

I may be able to help with this. i have a tutor who has developed many courses on workplace stress and provides in-company seminars. we don’t run the course publically but we can usually offer rates which would be cost effective even if you only have 2 or 3 delegates. call me on 01565 724200.

Thank you so much for the suggestions…….. but unfortunately I am still rather ‘stuck’ as the need is for training of single employees every now and then….. and it has to be with a company who is based in the Birmingham area to make travelling straightforward for our employees. I think the search continues but I really appreciate the help.
