  2. It may be useful contact the Marriott Hotel as they adopt this p
    Some of the things that would be worth looking into regarding becoming an employer of choice would be the policies that an organisation has. Do they embrace the Work-life balance ethos? Are they good at investing in their people in terms of training and development? Have they achieved any accredited status? Do they offer a career or do their employees see it as “just a job”. What other facilities does the organisation have to attract candidates ie profit share, pension schemes etc. It may be an idea to contact the company and ask if you could do a questionnaire which would provide you with some qualitative and quantitative information.
