I've been told about a commercially available board game-style management simulation based on the motor business.
Participants have to design and build, market and distribute their products.
It even brings in the product life cycle, if they don't spot declining sales for a model and continue manufacture rather than bring out a new version.
I've tried internet searches and phone calls to the major suppliers like Northgate and Wessex, without success.
Any information about the suppliers would be gratefully received.

It could be one produced by a company called profitability – tel: 0870 7707106 they have several versions of board based simulations.

I recall such a game from about 15 years ago but cannot track it down. If it is a newer game then you might try the computer based Car Tycoon by fish tank games, or check out pixelearning.com and xlearning.co.uk for their business simulations.
