Try CIPD COL course or IITT training design
Depending on whether you want a certificate qualification or not.
CIPD COL deals with on-line tutoring to start with so is a good entry point.
IITT will plunge you in more directly and also offer a face to face event.
elearning Design Course
Vijay,
I have been running a “web based” e-learning design course for almost a year. Lots of practical issues are covered as well as hands on eCourse creation. Delegate feedback has been very positive. Drop me a line or call me if you like more details.

LETTOL course
One course worth investigating is the Sheffield College LETTOL (Learning To Teach Online) course. You can find out about it at:

LeTTOL
If you are new to designing courses for On-Line delivery, I can endorse the recommendation of the LeTTOL course at the Sheffield College. I have just finished it – and it was one of the more useful and rewarding courses I have done for a long time.

IITT
Get ye to the IITT and join their Online Training and Design course.
If you do, and you should!, then take a little snippet of proposed eLearning material with you – it will help to put it all into perspective if you have some of your own material to use in the exercises.
