Can it really almost be October?

default-16x9

So to end September, we really are going to go out with a bang here at TrainingZone. This week, it's all about World of Learning. I don't know if we already mentioned that? But there's a good reason for the heavy promotion; it's without doubt one of the most important events on the training and L&D calendar, and we will be there for the duration at stand D80.

Aside from media partnering with WOLCE, - make sure you have a good perusal of the daily - we also have Dan Martin, editor of our sister site BusinessZone.co.uk and social media expert, giving one of the closing talks on the importance of social networking in business and how you can make social media work for you. I'll be running around meeting people, live blogging, filming interviews and taking in as much of the event as possible. Trust me, there will be plenty to see and do. If you are attending and want to put a face to a name (there is more to me than just the 80 pixel wide jpeg on this blog page, honest) then it would be great to meet up.

WOLCE rounds off September and sets us up nicely for cultural communications month in October. Expect more comment across various types of media, and yet more effort behind the scenes to make the site as accessible to all, however you choose to get involved in the TrainingZone community.

  1. Tweet-up!

And don’t forget to meet me on the first day, Tuesday 28th, at 1pm in the Networking Cafe for a bit of a natter. If you can’t make it, don’t worry, I’m on the stand for the whole show and would love to meet as many of you as possible! They don’t let me out very often see, so would be nice to use the opportunity to put real faces to usernames.
