I am trying to source a sales training DVD / video that has an emphasis on selling rather than service. It also needs to be for retail rather than telesales. According to the usual providers no such thing exists, but I have endless faith in Training Zone knowledge, and am convinced something exists somewhere!

I have used a resource company based in Birmingham for over 10 years and now do not have to keep the millions of flyers that we receive day to day as they carryout the investigation to match your need with a product/s for you to then look at and make a decision. There is NO additional cost for their service and they deal with ALL the major and minor training resource providers. I have used the FISH! dvd successfully. Although its basis is customer service, its aim is all about ‘delighting’ our customers and so you can approach the big topics like store attitude, cross/up selling and so on. Video Arts have the whole programme.
