I am trying to locate information about a diagnostic tool that will help individuals with their career planning. The information that I have so far is that this tool was developed by Gillian Stamp at Brunel University. Any more info or references to this work would be mush appreciated

Career Path Appreciation
I think the assessment tool you are looking for is called Career Path Appreciation, which provides an indication of a persons present and future capability vs levels of work.
We carried out the largest UK analysis of our staff some three years ago. Happy to share any information with you.
Career Assessment tool
There is an assessment company called Profiles International http://www.profilesinternational.com , I’ve been using their assessment tools and they work very well. One of their tools is an assessment of career path and help in career guidance.
