Career Path Branding ideas…?

default-16x9

We are launching a new career/development path to the business and I'm looking for some branding ideas.

The programme is a 6 step plan to take people from joining us to reaching Senior Management

The 6 steps are

Foundation Knowledge
Colleague Development
Trainee Management
Management Development
Area Management Development
Senior Management Development

I'm after an umbrella term for the programmes as well as individual titles for each level.

The programme is for retail professionals and is based around apprenticeship frameworks. Level 2 and 3

  1. Career Path Branding
    Hi Anthony,

We’ve worked with various clients who have implemented similiar processes…and who applied names such as “Horizens”..”Route 66″..”A1″..”Aspirations”..all to signify the journey of progression.

Ultimately the ones that worked best were the names that come from staff themselves….you could invite staff to come up with the branding as part of your initial communcation piece to them. “This is what we’re going to implement….what are your suggestions…etc etc..” – Maybe even turn it into a competition?

Should engage staff more…than Mgt or HR dreaming up a name that staff will find it difficult to relate too….could also stimulate some creative / innovative thought from staff!
