Does any one have any information on Category Management or know where I can get some?
I have been asked to run a course on the subject but really don't have a huge amount of information to hand.

Category management
It sounds interesting – do you have any clues from your client. eg what industry is this for, who would be targetted, what is your clients perception of Category Management, and why does he/she need it?
Id love to help out if you are able to throw any light on it.
(please let me know if you make any progress, it may come up in the pub quiz!)

The answer depends very much on the following questions: Are we talking about FMCG/Retailing?, Is your company large or small?, Do you want theory or practice?
