Hi all

Does anyone have any articles, knowledge or experience of the employment and career challenges facing ethnic workers in the public sector, especially when moving into management

    Hi Sue,

    I’m not sure which region you are working in, but I recently attended a seminar about the braiiers for Migrant workers, and this subject was disussed with some really interesting issues and points coming out. It was run by Transqual who manage a gov funded project in the East of Engalnd working with migrant workers in career advise. They might have some info that would be interesting for you ? enquiry@transqual.co.uk
