1. Bridges and Transitions

   Hi Brendon

   To echo some contributors to this forum – what are your objectives?

   Change management is a huge topic and is different to leadership.  Leadership during change is not the same as the practice of change management.

   Given what you’ve said I’d recommend keeping it simple and basing your work on William Bridges (Managing Transitions, making the Most of Change).  He distills the human response to change into a transition curve and describes what managers can do to support individuals at different stages.  Nothing unique or original but well packaged.

2. A Free Change Management Toolbook

   This is a great resource.

   You’ll find lots of exercises for managing change neatly broken down into Self, Team and Large Systems.

3. Ready made sessions

     Hi Brendan,

   I wonder if these two bite-size sessions would be of interest? They would easily make half a day together, and are n’t that expensive. They are aimed at employees and first line managers, so I wouldn’t recommend them for use with more senior people.
