Change managing home-based workers under pressure

default-16x9

There has been a lot of change in our organisation and there is going to be much more. The majority of our employees have recently been made home-based workers and they work to very tight targets and deadlines. There is a rare opportunity in September when all regional employees will be together in one location for a conference. We would like to use the opportunity to positively contribute to the change management process and to help the employees handle the stress and pressure associated not only a constantly changing environment and demanding targets but also the isolation of being based at home. The issue is that there will be approx 300 employees so a rather large number to facilitate in workshops! We would however like to make the session as interactive as possible. One suggestion has been Open Space Technology. If anyone has more information on this or any other proposal as how we might make the most out of this opportunity, I would be very happy to hear them! Thank you! Francesca
