CIPD report

I am currently trying to write my CIPD Management Report on Short - Term Absence Management, predominantly looking at how we can introduce a trigger mechanism such as Bradford Factor, or something similar. Does anyone have any examples they can share? Any best practice or theories on absence management?

Any help would be really appreciated!

Hi just wondering how you are getting on as I am thinking of doing my management report on absence mangement also but am totally stuck on where to start!! Did you get any help or are you getting anywhere with it?

Would love to share ideas, although I haven’t really gotten very far yet as literally only just decided to do absence! Whens yours got to be handed in by?
