City Analyst didn’t like criticism

default-16x9

The case of Julie Bower, a drinks industry analyst, is being heard at an employment tribunal in Stratford, London.

Ms Bower, previously employed by Schroder Securities, is claiming damages for sex discrimination, constructive dismissal, unequal pay and breach of contract.

Ms Bower claims that she was forced to leave her city job after her bonus was cut from £125,000 to nothing in two years. Male colleagues however experienced increases in their bonusses during the same period.

Defending the allegations, Schroders are claiming that Ms Bower was obstructive, aggressive and difficult to work with.

The hearing continues and is reported in the Telegraph
