Hi,

I'm designign a course which will run later on in the year on "Managing Remote Teams".

Have you got any suggestions on practical experiential exercises I can include that will enable the participants to get a feel for what it's like leading and working as part of a remote team (e.g. not based in the same physical location).

It's a public course so we'll have people at different career levels, industries and background and experience on the course.

Also do you have any good book recommondations on the subject? I'm a bit low on resources as I've not run this training before!
