I need to locate customer service training materials that can be used with operational, admin, nursing and other clinical staff in a health and in particular the public hospital setting.
All the usual content... but needs a health flavour... does anyone know of any resources that could be useful?

there is a cheesy old Video Arts film called “if looks could kill”; this is not exclusively healthcare set but has a potentially very useful section relating to a nurse dealing with a nervous patient.
The section that relates to the post office clerk is probably also relevant to your admin staff.
