Dear all,
I am an experienced T&D Manager and my role is changing to provide a more 1-1 coaching on individual development.
I think I’m fairly good at it but was wondering if there is such a thing/person as a coaching competency assessor who could assess/coach me in any finer/further points required.
I have been in T&D for 15 years mainly on the delivery and management side of things and I live in Scotland.

Two possible solutions for you. I live in Scotland (Glasgow) and would be pleased to help you. The other solution is for you to look at The Association for Coaching. They have quite a strong presence in Scotland and run regular co-coaching forums for coaches to assess and help each other.
