Coaching for Line Managers

default-16x9

Our series of 'Meaningful Conversations' webinars continue later this month with the next topic of coaching for Line Managers.

Again the underpinning philosophy as to what makes a conversation meaningful is clear purpose and trust; delivering on the purpose or what you set out to do, and conducting the conversation in a way which builds or preserves the trust in the relationship between you and your team member.

There is still a need to have a process, and a model to help a Line Manager methodically work through that process, but understanding the context of when to use coaching in the performance management cycle and appreciating what mindset is most constructive when approaching a coaching conversation, becomes equally important; it's never just about technique.

We run the webinars as quite interactive sessions, using polls, questions and chat, to help participants share their experiences and expertise, and ultimately deepen the learning for everyone - If you would like to join in then you can see further details and register here.
