  1. Coaching Plans
    Hi Jo
Who is the coach in this situation – Line manager or trainer/ coach?

Would your coaching plan be mich (any) different from a PDP (Personal development plan)?

  2. Thoughts…
    Hi Jo,

    just some questions firstly:-

    1. Who is the coaching for?
    2. What objectives are they hoping to achieve by on-going Coaching?
    3. What is their understanding of Coaching?
    4. Have they or their manager made the request for Coaching and the subsequent Plan?
    5. Who is driving the Coaching Plan – Mgr/Individual/T&D?

I have lots of examples of introducing Coaching Plans/Objectives and conducting 1:1 Coaching sessions with individuals/small – large groups, please contact me to discuss further, I’d be happy to share any knowledge/info: that you might find useful.
