Coaching, monitoring and assessing inputters


We are wanting to develop a way of coaching, monitoring and assessing inputters where no audit trail available. The only option we can see at the moment is sitting side by side with someone and completing a check list to say whether or not the individual has done it correctly . Does anyone have any experience in this and have an alternative method which has been successful

  1. Measure the change to bottom line performance.
    If there is a change to bottom line performance then we can be unequivocal about the effect of the coaching.
    If there is no change we have to admit that the coaching has not been effective.
