I have designed a coaching and mentoring course and I would like to use a coaching dvd/video within the course so that I am varying my delivery method.

Does anyone know of a short dvd that I could purchase that would contain examples of how not to and how to undertake coaching at work ?

  1. Coaching DVD
    Hi Peter,

I’d also recommend the Scott Bradbury Coaching DVD. It’s one of the few DVD’s I’ve seen that I could actually imagine working effectively in a coaching training session. It’s realistic and well acted which is rare find!

    Kind Regards,
    Claire

  2. free to loan videos
I’m afraid I can’t help you on a specfic coaching video but we have elements of soft skills demonstrated in a very visual and extremely entertaining way which we loan out for free, in Broadcast Quality, under a limited license. You can view some of our examples on business body language here: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=j2viKSlkoQo

  3. Coaching Update
Hello, I have designed the course, I just need something that lasts about 45mins that effectively gives an example of good and bad coaching…

Another factor is that I dont have £900 to spare… any info or assistance would be welcome… Peter
