The Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) has put together a code of good recruitment practice for on-line recruitment services designed to help recruiters and job applicants assess the ever-growing array of services on the market.
The code has been introduced so that recruiters and job applicants can be sure that REC member companies adhere to best business practice.
The REC also exists to promote good practice within its member organisations, and has posted some useful checklists on its website outlining best practice for induction and employing temporary staff.
