    Hi Lucy,

    I have often used the following website which I have found to be extremely useful:

    http://www.mindtools.com

    From there click on the Communication Skills link and you will find a tone of useful articles regarding this topic.

    I also have a soft copy of a communications skills workbook. If you’re interested I can send you a copy of it?
