I am looking to run a one off training course in CBI for a handful of managers and would appreciate it if anyone could save me having to "reinvent the wheel" as regards any generic course plans / materials you might have?

How spooky I’ve just been asked to deliver exactly the same package!!
I have ordered the Fenman Competency Toolkit (priced at £249 +Vat & Carriage) has loads of great games/exercises/role-plays/suggestions etc. that can be incorporated into a new or existing workshop.
