I am writing a course on creating competency models. I need some case studies of both good and bad competency models for group exercises. The course as a whole will cover Job Types, Job Roles & Competencies as well as a section on entering these competencies on a LMS. Can anyone help??

You might want to consider the Competencies Activities Pack from Fenman if you are writing material. I admit to being co-author and it was their best seller in 2003. It covers Introducing Competencies, Using them in Performance Management, Recruitment and other areas. There are 20 activities including a model framework that is used in the activities.
