I am trying to commence researching e-learning within the whole knowlege management, human capital arena. Most of the research I have seen is American in origin and is based on larger companies. I am interested in the micro end of the SME market and UK (Scotland) in particular.
I am also happy to hear from practitioners who have anecdotal evidence and data

real example of distance learning
We are suppliers of virtual classrooms and have had a project running between a Northern Irish Further Education establishment and a prison. Inmates have been certified to NVQ level on AutoCad.
