Three courses aimed at dealing with bullying in the workplace are now available at the demonstration area of the Skillsoft website.

The unabridged courses, entitled: ‘Difficult People in the Workplace'; 'Harassment at Work' and Working with Aggressive People', last three to four hours, but the e-learning company says these can also be dipped into.

Kevin Young, Managing Director of SkillSoft, EMEA, said: "According to a recent TUC survey, workplace bullying contributes to the loss of 18 million working days per annum, with victims of workplace bullying taking an average of seven more days off each year than those who are not bullied.

"We hope that by offering access to these courses, those employees who are victims of workplace bullying might learn a few strategies to help them."
